Our History

Tom & Kathy were married shortly out of high school and together they started Gallitz Grading, Inc. in 1990. At first it was just the two of them and one backhoe trying to get the business up and going. Now it is 2011 and they are going on 21 years in the business! They also have a son, Nick, and a daughter, Heather, now to complete their family.

Tom is a member of LICA, WOWRA, NFIB and is active in Jefferson County Agri-Business.

Gallitz Grading strives to run an efficient operation while also providing good, quality service with reasonable rates. Gallitz Grading works with numerous builders and contractors in Jefferson County and surrounding communities.
